We provide itemized invoices and medical records so you can submit your claim; we cannot guarantee coverage — please check with your insurer before surgery.

Your written quote is all-inclusive: the surgery, anesthesia, pain management, hospitalization, medications to go home, and the scheduled post-operative rechecks including the follow-up X-ray. If anything is not included, it is stated in writing before surgery.
